This team integrated two Ballard Nexa 1.2 kW PEM fuel cells into a John Deere e-Gator. The focus of the team's work was in the areas of testing and experimentation, circuit design analysis, and fabrication. The team researched and set up an experiment in which two fuel cells are operated simultaneously while wired in parallel. This circuit was integrated into the e-Gator, replacing the stock batteries, giving the E-Gator a hydrogen fueled power train.
