Summary
The current Advanced Technology Development Center will be in need of expansion in the next 10-15 years.
Goal
Design additional space for the ATDC in the for of an addition for the existing facility, an additional storage facility, and a site plan for a proposed industrial park.

Summary
MTU Facilities has been running into trouble with the current heating control system on MTU's main campus.
Goal
Analyze the current heating control system as well as researching and analyzing open protocol and web-based control systems. Perform an analysis and present a recommendation to MTU Facilities Management.
