High School Enterprise Videos

HSE Students in Action

In an effort to share and showcase our students' experience of participating in the HSE program, we have produced a variety of videos highlighting their STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) projects. Watch them below to find out how HSE has helped them increase their STEM knowledge and interest, and develop critical skills such as thinking, leading and working collaboratively.

These video clips are obtained from Cass Tech High School, Horizons High School and Hancock High School where students described their STEM projects and explained why they enjoy the program.

These video clips are filmed at the Michigan Tech's Undergraduate Expo, where HSE students from Arthur Hill High School, Manuela Toro Morice High School, Dollar Bay High School and University of Chicago Woodlawn Charter School presented their projects to college students, faculty, industry professionals and the general public.

These video clips are obtained from Chassell High School,Traverse City Central High School and other high schools where students explained what they intend to study or pursue after high school.

Student Organization of Aquatic Robotics is a student-run business based out of Dollar Bay High School. The SOAR team had the opportunity to visit Isle Royale National Park in the summer of 2012. The team brought along an ROV and a manual for the park rangers, which taught them how to use and maintain the ROV.
