  1. Sand is put into buckets.
  1. Sand is emptied into muller.
  1. Sand is mulled.
  1. The pattern inside the drag is covered with mold release.
  1. The sand is rittled over the drag and pattern.
  1. More sand is then added ontop.
  1. The sand in the drag is then compacted.
  1. The excess sand is then scraped off the drag.
  1. Any sand remaining is blown off.
  1. The sprue and riser are added to compensate for shrinkage.
  1. Sand is rittled and added to the cope.
  1. More sand is added and then compacted.
  1. Completed mold halves.
  1. The sprue and riser are removed.
  1. A pouring basin is cut into the mold next to the sprue.
  1. The mold halves are separated.
  1. The pattern is removed.
  1. The ladle used for pouring is preheated.
  1. Metal is poured into ladle.
  1. Metal is then poured into the mold.
  1. Left over metal is then poured into a pig mold.
