The Wireless Ski Trail team is creating software for the Wireless Independent Navigation and Guidance System (WINGS) that will be deployed along the MTU Nordic Ski Trails to allow blind people to ski unaided. WINGS will consist of a wireless sensor network running the WIHART protocol developed by faculty within the MTU ECE department.
